Step 1 : pre-registration

  • To pre-register, please fill in the "Pre-registration form".
  • Pre-register deadline is scheduled for 19th April 2018, according to the available places.
  • Once you have completed and validated by yourself your pre-registration form, a unique code will be assigned to you in a printable file in order to follow up the payment.

Step 2 : Payment

Registration fee amount is 500 Tunisian dinars per person and includes access to the event on 24 and 25 April 2018, lunch cocktails, coffee breaks, access to sector workshops, B2I and B2B meetings.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on the spot at CEPEX.

1. Payment by bank transfer addressed to the account of CEPEX to the following RIB: 10907116100255278897 and must indicate the purpose of the transfer: Participation in the African Economic Forum of M./Mme (Name of the participant), the organization (Name of the organization). Once you have made your bank transfer, please send the scan by e-mail to info@forum-economique-africain.com

2. On-site payment to CEPEX at the following addresses :
  • CEPEX headquarters in Tunis : Maison de l’Exportateur, Centre Urbain Nord (2nd floor)
  • CEPEX office in Sousse : 4, Rue Dr. Calmette immeuble centrale de bureaux - bureau E2, 4000, Sousse (5th floor)
  • CEPEX office in Sfax : Rue Hédi Nouira, immeuble Emena City - Bloc A, Sfax (5th floor)

You will receive your payment receipt on site at CEPEX.

Nb : If the payment is not made within the period of 48 working hours from the pre-registration date then it will be rejected.


Step 3 : Validation of registration

Once the payment is made, you will automatically receive a confirmation mail.


Step 4 : Access to the BtoB matching platform

Once the BtoB platform is accessible, you will receive an e-mail with your login and password to access the platform.


Step 5 : Generation of Agenda for BtoI and BtoB meetings

Before 48h of the event, you will receive by email your detailed BtoB and BtoI meetings agenda.

  • BtoB meetings : you get up to 8 appointments.
  • BtoI meetings : you get up to 3 appointments (B2I meetings will depend on the qualification of the participant following the filling of the pre-registration form).

Step 6 : Badges retrieval

Badges will be retrieved on the day of the event at the hotel Laico Tunis.


Step 7 : The day of the event

You will receive the event file (event catalog, program, notepad, pen ...).
