Tunisia has always been African. From the beginning of the sixties, it supported and accompanied the independence movements. It always mobilized its limited resources for the development of a number of African countries. It did so in the form of technical assistance, secondment of civil servants, hosting students or participation in the creation of financial institutions. Today, more than ever, Tunisia is reaffirming its African vocation. It puts its skills, experience and know-how at the service of the continent and its development in the search of a solidarity balanced partnership....
